I’m documenting the process of building it.

I live with a plain dissatisfaction. Too much of modern life is arranged so that rest, learning, useful work, and other people happen in different places, on different schedules, for different prices. I wanted a place where those things could share a piece of land.

I’m pursuing that as a long transition, not a reinvention announced on a Monday: self-directed living, regenerative land, practical independence, entrepreneurship, education, technology, and community. The Sovereign Sanctuary Project is the public effort to test those ideas somewhere physical.

Ratcliff Sanctuaries is the name I use for the longer aim — more than one place, if the first earns a pattern worth repeating. Freedom Frontier Life is how I intend to tell the story while it is unfinished. The Divine Convergence is the far horizon: sanctuaries, learning, and a digital layer that help each other. It is a picture, not a doctrine, and not a claim that the network exists.

I’m not presenting a finished destination. I’m documenting the process of building it.

The first phase is Missouri-oriented because that is where I am looking: land that could hold a small hospitality experiment, gardens, and the beginnings of off-grid infrastructure without pretending to be a resort. Nothing has been acquired. The images are concepts. The plans are plans.

I won’t decorate this with credentials I don’t have. The authority I can offer is the work itself, shown while it is still correctable. If you are a builder, a landowner, an educator, a technologist, or simply someone who wants a different rhythm, you can follow along — or write.
