The first Missouri-oriented sanctuary is a proof of concept: shelter, a shared outdoor life, gardens, and infrastructure guests can understand. None of it has been built. These are plans.

Without a parcel there is no sanctuary — only a direction. The search favors land that can hold water wisely, welcome a small number of guests, grow food, and stay legible to the people who care for it. Access, neighbors, zoning, and price will decide more than a view.

These are concepts for a future site. Labels say so. A real design starts when a property, its rainfall, and its rules are known.

Technology and AI
Technology in service of human freedom.
Nature is not the thing technology replaces. The sanctuary is a future laboratory for how advanced tools and regenerative living can share a property: local and open-source AI, private computing on renewable power, automation that removes drudgery, digital fabrication, maker space, and teaching that leaves people more capable.
The aim is simple to say and hard to keep: tools should help a person become more creative and more self-directed. A workbench with a window — not a campus that happens to have trees.
