This disclaimer is a plain-language placeholder and has not been reviewed by an attorney or an accountant. It must be revised before any contribution is accepted.

Community support levels are voluntary. They are not investments, loans, equity, revenue shares, reservations, or memberships. No financial return, perk of monetary value, or tax treatment is promised. Names such as Trailblazer or Founding Circle describe a level of support only.

The support form on this site does not process payments. Recording an amount is an expression of interest stored in your browser. A future connection to Stripe, a crowdfunding platform, or another processor will need its own terms, receipts, and refund rules.

Contributions, once real, may be spent on planning, land search, communication, and eventually a property and its infrastructure. They do not give you ownership of land or of the project.
